As a part of our on-site team, the Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Managing residential projects
- Leading, training, and developing and on-site team
- Monitoring quality control on job site
- Performing skilled remodel work, such as tile, cabinetry, painting and carpentry
Customer satisfaction is a big part of our company, so the ideal candidate will also have great customer service skills- the customer may not always be right but you know the importance of making them feel like they are.
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience and knowledge in carpentry, cabinetry, painting, residential remodeling and installing flooring (mainly tile)
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have transportation
- Drug Free workplace
- Leadership skills
- Must have great communication skills
